Cancellation Policy

Coastal Drone Services Booking, Cancellation, and Waitlist Policy 1. Booking Policy: Reservations: All drone photography sessions must be booked in advance through our website, email, or by phone. Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed once a deposit is received or a confirmation email is sent by Coastal Drone Services. Scheduling: Clients must provide preferred dates, times, and locations. Coastal Drone Services will confirm availability and may suggest alternative dates if necessary. Preparation: Clients are responsible for securing any necessary permissions or permits for drone flights on private or restricted properties. 2. Cancellation Policy: Client-Initiated Cancellations: More than 24-hours notice: Full refund of deposit or fees paid. 24-hour to 12- hours notice: 50% refund of deposit or fees. Less than 12- hour notice: No refund, unless rescheduled due to operator availability. Company-Initiated Cancellations: If Coastal Drone Services must cancel due to weather, equipment malfunction, or regulatory restrictions, the client will have an opportunity to reschedule at no additional cost. Rescheduling: Rescheduling: Clients may request to reschedule a session. Rescheduling is subject to operator availability 3. Waitlist Policy: Waitlist Enrollment: If the desired date is unavailable, clients may request to be added to the waitlist. Priority Notification: Clients on the waitlist will be contacted in the order requests were received if a slot becomes available. Clients must respond within 24 hours of notification to secure the newly available slot. Failure to respond will result in the slot being offered to the next person on the waitlist. No Guarantee: Being on the waitlist does not guarantee availability of a preferred date or time. 4. Special Considerations: Weather Conditions: Drone operations are weather-dependent. Sessions may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled due to unsafe conditions, at the discretion of Coastal Drone Services. Permits and Permissions: Clients are responsible for any legal restrictions or permits needed for drone flights on private or restricted property. Coastal Drone Services is not liable for cancellations or delays caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen events beyond our control.
